A refreshing cocktail made with vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, muddled cucumber, and topped with soda water.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 3 slices Cucumber
• 1 splash Soda Water
• 1 slice Cucumber Slice (optional)

Method

1. In a shaker, gently muddle the cucumber slices.
2. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to the shaker with ice.
3. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Optionally, top with a splash of soda water for a touch of effervescence.
6. Garnish with a thin cucumber slice or ribbon.
