Whiskey Sour

Sour & Citrusy · rocks glass

A citrusy, frothy sour with the option of an egg white for silky texture.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 Egg White (optional)

Method

1. If using egg white, dry shake first
2. Add ice and shake again hard
3. Strain into rocks glass with ice
4. Garnish with Angostura bitters dash
