Wallick Cocktail

A spirited pre-Prohibition concoction, the Wallick Cocktail combines gin with dry vermouth, a significant measure of absinthe, and a touch of orange bitters for an aromatic and potent sip.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.25 oz Absinthe
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 piece Lemon Twist (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, dry vermouth, absinthe, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
