A New Orleans classic with rye, cognac, vermouth, and two bitters.

Ingredients

• 0.75 oz Rye Whiskey
• 0.75 oz Cognac
• 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 tsp Bénédictine
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Method

1. Build all ingredients in rocks glass over ice
2. Stir gently to combine
3. Garnish with lemon twist and cherry
