Light rum and sweet vermouth meet bright lemon and frothy egg white. A surprisingly smooth, citrusy delight with a delicate texture.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Light rum
• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon (optional)
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 Egg white

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve
