An elegant, light aperitif, pairing crisp dry vermouth with sweet blackcurrant and a refreshing sparkle of carbonated water.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 3/4 oz Creme de Cassis
• Carbonated water

Method

1. Stir vermouth and creme de cassis in a highball glass with ice cubes
2. Fill with carbonated water, stir again, and serve
