The Turf Club Cocktail is a gin-based martini variation featuring dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and orange bitters.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 2 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 piece Lemon Peel (optional)

Method

1. Rinse a chilled coupe glass with absinthe, discarding any excess.
2. Combine gin, dry vermouth, maraschino liqueur, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. Stir until well-chilled.
4. Strain into the prepared coupe glass.
5. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
