The Tropical Itch is a classic tiki cocktail made with bourbon, dark Jamaican rum, orange curaçao, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and Angostura bitters.

Ingredients

1 oz Bourbon
1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 Back Scratcher (optional)
1 Orchid (optional)

Method

Combine all liquid ingredients (except garnishes) in a shaker with ice.
Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into a tall highball glass or specialty tiki mug filled with fresh crushed ice.
Garnish extravagantly with a back scratcher and an orchid.
