Tropical Itch

The Tropical Itch is a classic tiki cocktail made with bourbon, dark Jamaican rum, orange curaçao, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, pineapple juice, and Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
- 0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
- 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Back Scratcher (optional)
- 1 Orchid (optional)
Method
- Combine all liquid ingredients (except garnishes) in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a tall highball glass or specialty tiki mug filled with fresh crushed ice.
- Garnish extravagantly with a back scratcher and an orchid.
