A delightful tiki concoction, blending dark rum with apricot, coconut, and citrus for a rich, fruity, and exotic escape.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 0.5 oz Apricot Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Coconut Cream
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 2 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 piece Pineapple Spear (optional)

Method

1. Combine dark rum, apricot liqueur, coconut cream, lemon juice, and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
