Ingredients
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 0.25 oz Fernet-Branca
- 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 Orange Peel (optional)
Method
- Combine rye whiskey, Fernet-Branca, simple syrup, and Angostura Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
