Robust Irish whiskey meets sweet vermouth, elevated by the complex herbal notes and vibrant spice of Green Chartreuse.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Irish Whiskey
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse

Method

1. Stir over ice
2. Strain into chilled glass
3. Cut a wide swath of orange peel, and express the orange oils over the drink
4. Discard orange twist
