Ti' Punch

A simple yet potent Martinique cocktail, the Ti' Punch combines Rhum Agricole Blanc with cane syrup and a muddled lime coin, allowing the drinker to adjust sweetness to taste.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rhum Agricole Blanc
• 1 Lime Coin
• 0.25 oz Cane Syrup

Method

1. Add cane syrup to a rocks glass.
2. Squeeze a small lime wheel directly into the glass, then drop it in.
3. Add rhum agricole.
4. Stir briefly to combine. No ice is traditional.
