Tequila Fizz

Zesty tequila meets frothy egg white and spicy ginger ale, brightened by lemon and a hint of grenadine.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Tequila
• 1 tblsp Lemon juice (optional)
• 3/4 oz Grenadine
• 1 Egg white
• Ginger ale

Method

1. Shake all ingredients (except ginger ale) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes
2. Fill with ginger ale, stir, and serve
