A potent and complex modern tiki creation, blending two types of rum with a vibrant mix of citrus, passion fruit, and spicy falernum.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Demerara Rum
• 0.5 oz Black Blended Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.75 oz Orange Juice
• 0.75 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.5 oz Falernum
• 1 cup Crushed Ice
• 1 sprig Mint Sprig (optional)
• 1 slice Orange Half-Moon (optional)

Method

1. Combine Demerara rum, black blended rum, lime juice, orange juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, and crushed ice in a blender.
2. Blend on high speed for a short burst (about 5-7 seconds) until the mixture is smooth but still has some texture.
3. Pour the entire contents into a tiki mug or large highball glass.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange half-moon.
