Sherry Cobbler

A 19th-century crusher of sherry, sugar and orange over crushed ice.

Ingredients

• 3 oz Amontillado sherry
• 0.5 oz Simple syrup
• 2 slices Orange

Method

1. Shake sherry, syrup and orange briefly with ice
2. Pour into a glass packed with crushed ice
3. Garnish generously with fruit and mint
