Scotch Sour

Scotch, lime, and lemon unite for a smoky, tart, and balanced sip. A classic sour, elevated and robust.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Scotch
• Juice of 1/2 Lime (optional)
• 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1/2 slice Lemon (optional)
• 1 Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Shake scotch, juice of lime, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a whiskey sour glass
2. Decorate with 1/2 slice lemon, top with the cherry, and serve
