Ingredients

1.5 oz Malfy Gin Blood Orange
0.75 oz Suntory Kanade Cherry Blossom Liqueur
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
3-4 oz Sparkling Wine

Method

Combine Malfy Gin Blood Orange, Suntory Kanade Cherry Blossom Liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
Stir well to chill the mixture.
Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
