A smooth, potent union of Scotch and Drambuie. Honeyed warmth meets a peaty depth, finished with lemon's zest.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Scotch
• 1/2 oz Drambuie
• 1 twist of Lemon peel (optional)

Method

1. Pour the Scotch and Drambuie into an old-fashioned glass almost filled with ice cubes
2. Stir well
3. Garnish with the lemon twist
