Rum and sugar find balance with a bright lemon twist. A simple, comforting classic for any moment.

Ingredients

• 2 oz light or dark Rum
• 2 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 twist of Lemon peel (optional)
• 2 tsp Water

Method

1. Dissolve powdered sugar in water in an old-fashioned glass
2. Add rum and one ice cube and stir
3. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
