Rum Sour

Classic rum, lemon, and sugar in tart harmony. A bright, balanced sour, often adorned with a cherry and orange.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Light rum
• 1 oz Lemon juice (optional)
• 1/2 tsp superfine Sugar
• 1 Orange
• 1 Maraschino cherry (optional)

Method

1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, lemon juice, and sugar
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry
