Rum Julep

A tropical twist on a classic, this julep combines a duo of rums with fresh lime and muddled mint for a vibrant, herbaceous, and refreshing experience.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 1 oz Gold Rum
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 6-8 leaves Mint Leaves
• 1 sprig Mint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup and lime juice in a shaker.
2. Add both rums and fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
4. Double strain into a crushed ice-filled highball glass.
5. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
