A vibrant and exotic gin concoction, it harmonizes the botanical notes of gin with the tropical sweetness of pineapple and the subtle nuttiness of orgeat.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Orgeat
• 1 garnish Pineapple Wedge (optional)
• 1 garnish Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orgeat in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
