A vibrant, tropical-leaning gin sour that balances botanical notes with sweet pineapple and almond.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Orgeat
• 2 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 Pineapple Leaf (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, pineapple juice, lemon juice, orgeat, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well-chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
