Royal Gin Fizz

A richer gin fizz featuring the whole egg for a velvety texture, balanced by tart lemon and lively fizz. Decadently refreshing.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon (optional)
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 whole Egg
• Carbonated water

Method

1. Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes
2. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve
