An elegant and sophisticated rum sour, balancing aged rum with lime, dry curaçao, and a touch of falernum for an aromatic, slightly spicy finish.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Aged Rum
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Dry Curaçao
- 0.25 oz Falernum
- 2 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 wheel Lime Wheel (optional)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
