Another modern classic from Milk & Honey, this Manhattan spin-off features rye whiskey balanced with the unique herbal sweetness of Maraschino liqueur and a touch of Punt e Mes, resulting in a dark, complex, and potent drink.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 0.75 oz Punt e Mes
• 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur

Method

1. Combine rye whiskey, Punt e Mes, and maraschino liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
