Rich dark rum and coffee liqueur mingle with light cream, crowned with nutmeg. A smooth, decadent after-dinner treat.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Dark rum
• 1/2 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz Light cream
• 1/8 tsp grated Nutmeg (optional)

Method

1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, Kahlua, and cream
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the nutmeg
