Queen's Park Swizzle

A minty rum swizzle from Trinidad, layered with bitters on top.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Rum
- 0.75 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 8 leaves Mint (optional)
- 4 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
- Muddle mint with lime and syrup in a tall glass
- Fill with crushed ice and add rum
- Swizzle, then dash bitters over the top
