A complex and refreshing Donn Beach creation, this cooler blends two rums with tropical fruit juices and a spicy touch of falernum for a truly invigorating experience.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
• 0.5 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.25 oz Falernum
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 Pineapple Wedge (optional)
• 1 Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine both rums, orange juice, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
