Puka Punch

A complex and potent tiki punch, featuring a trio of rums, citrus, and a vibrant blend of passion fruit, cinnamon, and grapefruit, creating a tropical explosion.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
• 1.5 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
• 1 oz 151 Proof Demerara Rum
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.67 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.33 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 dash Grenadine

Method

1. Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Pour (unstrained) into a tall collins glass.
4. Add more crushed ice if needed.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange slice.
