Puka Punch

A complex and potent tiki punch, featuring a trio of rums, citrus, and a vibrant blend of passion fruit, cinnamon, and grapefruit, creating a tropical explosion.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
- 1.5 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
- 1 oz 151 Proof Demerara Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
- 0.67 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 0.33 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Grenadine
Method
- Combine all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Pour (unstrained) into a tall collins glass.
- Add more crushed ice if needed.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange slice.
