Peruvian Pisco meets zesty lemon and sugar, topped with a velvety egg white foam. A refreshingly tart classic.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1 -2 tblsp Sugar
- 1 Ice
- Egg White
Method
- Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters
