A vibrant gin cocktail mingling sweet elderflower and tart blackberries with a whisper of creamy coconut. Bright and delicately fruity.
Ingredients
- 1 shot Gin
- 1 shot Coconut Liqueur
- 25 ml Elderflower cordial (optional)
- 30 ml Lime Juice (optional)
- Garnish with Blackberries (optional)
Method
- Slowly shake in a shaker with ice, strain into a square whiskey glass
- Top with fresh ice
- Add the blackberries to garnish
- Add flowers and a green leaf for a special look!
