A modern classic: blended scotch, lemon, honey-ginger, with a smoky Islay float.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Blended Scotch
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
- 3 slices Fresh Ginger (muddled)
- 0.25 oz Islay Scotch Float (optional)
Method
- Muddle ginger slices
- Add Scotch, lemon juice, and honey syrup
- Shake with ice
- Double-strain into rocks glass over large ice
- Float Islay Scotch on top
- Garnish with candied ginger
