A modern classic: blended scotch, lemon, honey-ginger, with a smoky Islay float.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Blended Scotch
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
• 3 slices Fresh Ginger (muddled)
• 0.25 oz Islay Scotch Float (optional)

Method

1. Muddle ginger slices
2. Add Scotch, lemon juice, and honey syrup
3. Shake with ice
4. Double-strain into rocks glass over large ice
5. Float Islay Scotch on top
6. Garnish with candied ginger
