Pendennis Cocktail

A complex, gin-based creation from the Savoy, it balances citrus and apricot notes with a hint of bitters for a harmonious, aromatic drink.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Apricot Brandy
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters (optional)
Method
- Combine gin, apricot brandy, lime juice, Peychaud's Bitters, and orange bitters (if using) in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
