A pre-Prohibition classic from British Burma, this gin cocktail delivers a perfectly balanced symphony of citrus, bitter orange, and aromatic bitters, resulting in a complex and refreshing sip.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Orange Curaçao
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- 1 Lime Wheel (optional)
Method
- Combine gin, orange curaçao, lime juice, Angostura bitters, and orange bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
