A legendary Donn Beach creation, this rich and complex tiki drink blends multiple rums with orange, lime, and a unique butter batter for a creamy, spiced indulgence.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gold Rum
• 0.5 oz Demerara Rum
• 0.75 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 1 tsp Pearl Diver's Butter Batter
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 Mint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Add all liquid ingredients and butter batter to a blender with 1 cup of crushed ice.
2. Blend briefly (5-10 seconds) until smooth and frothy.
3. Pour into a collins glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
