Panama Punch

A classic punch, the Panama Punch combines dark rum, brandy, lemon juice, grenadine, simple syrup, absinthe, and Angostura bitters, garnished with an orange slice and cherry.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 0.5 oz Brandy
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Grenadine
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 dash Absinthe
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 slice Orange Slice (optional)
• 1 cherry Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled collins glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
