A smooth and sweet rum-based twist on the Manhattan, softened by sweet vermouth and orange bitters.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Aged Rum
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 piece Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine aged rum, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
