A potent and tropical rum cocktail, balancing rich fruit juices and cream of coconut with a generous dose of dark rum, traditionally topped with freshly grated nutmeg.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Cream of Coconut
• to taste grated Freshly Grated Nutmeg (optional)

Method

1. Combine rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and cream of coconut in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
3. Pour (unstrained) into a collins or hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish generously with freshly grated nutmeg.
