A vibrant tropical concoction, this drink blends dark rum with exotic fruit juices, herbaceous Chartreuse, and creamy coconut for a complex yet refreshing escape.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Dark Rum
- 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Cream of Coconut
Method
- Combine dark rum, green Chartreuse, lime juice, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cocktail cherry, if desired.
