Old Fashioned

The original cocktail. Spirit-forward with a hint of sweetness and bitters.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon Whiskey
• 1 cube Sugar Cube
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 peel Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Place sugar cube in rocks glass
2. Saturate with bitters, add a dash of water
3. Muddle until dissolved
4. Add large ice cube
5. Pour bourbon over ice
6. Stir 20-30 seconds
7. Express orange peel over glass and garnish
