Oaxaca Old Fashioned

A smoky and sophisticated twist on the classic Old Fashioned, blending the earthy notes of reposado tequila with the distinct char of mezcal.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
• 0.5 oz Mezcal
• 0.25 oz Agave Nectar
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine Reposado Tequila, Mezcal, Agave Nectar, and Angostura Bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
