Nui Nui

A richly spiced Donn Beach tiki classic, the Nui Nui combines golden rum with citrus, cinnamon, and the warming notes of pimento dram for an exotic embrace.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
• 0.75 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• 0.25 oz Pimento Dram
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine gold Puerto Rican rum, orange juice, lime juice, cinnamon syrup, pimento dram, and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
