Navy Swizzle

A refreshing Bermudian classic, this vibrant swizzle combines dark rum with fresh lime and pineapple, sweetened with falernum and spiced with generous dashes of Angostura bitters, all built over crushed ice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Falernum
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 sprig Mint Sprig (optional)
Method
- Add rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and falernum to a Collins glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Insert a swizzle stick or bar spoon and swizzle vigorously by rolling the stick between your palms until the glass is frosted.
- Top with Angostura Bitters, allowing them to bleed into the drink.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
