Tropical & Tiki · highball glass

A three-rum tiki powerhouse, tart and honeyed.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Light rum
• 1 oz Dark rum
• 1 oz Demerara rum
• 0.75 oz Lime juice
• 0.5 oz Grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz Honey syrup
• 1 oz Soda water

Method

1. Shake the rums, juices and honey with ice
2. Strain into a glass over crushed ice
3. Top with soda water
