A complex and layered tiki masterpiece from Smuggler's Cove, featuring a blend of rums with vibrant citrus, passion fruit, and spiced falernum.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Blended Aged Rum
• 0.5 oz Blended Lightly Aged Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.25 oz Falernum
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 piece Orange Slice (optional)
• 1 piece Mint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Combine both rums, lime juice, orange juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.
