Ingredients

• 5 cl Gin
• 2 cl Lime Juice (optional)
• 10 cl Ginger Beer
• Chopped Cucumber (optional)
• Chopped lemon

Method

1. Fill glass with ice
2. Pour Gin and Lime Juice
3. Fill glass with Ginger Beer
4. Garnish with Cucumer and Lime slice
