A rich and fruity tropical long drink, blending dark rum, coffee liqueur, and pineapple with citrus, creating a complex yet approachable tiki experience.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Dark Rum
• 0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 oz Club Soda
• 1 spear Pineapple Spear (optional)
• 1 cherry Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine dark rum, coffee liqueur, orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.
