Ingredients

1.5 oz Light Rum
0.5 oz Dark Rum
0.75 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Pineapple Juice
0.5 oz Orange Curaçao
0.25 oz Orgeat
1 dash Angostura Bitters
1 wedge Pineapple Wedge (optional)
1 sprig Mint Sprig (optional)

Method

Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker with ice.
Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe filled with fresh ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig.
