A modern classic cocktail combining gin, lime juice, honey syrup, absinthe, and Angostura bitters.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
• 0.25 oz Absinthe
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

1. Combine gin, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
