A modern classic cocktail combining gin, lime juice, honey syrup, absinthe, and Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin
- 0.75 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Honey Syrup
- 0.25 oz Absinthe
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method
- Combine gin, lime juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
